This website was created by entrepreneurs from several European countries to raise public awareness about certain business practices observed on Trustpilot.
Many companies have reported that Trustpilot creates business pages without prior consent and allows the publication of reviews that appear to be inaccurate or unverified.
These situations can lead to reputational harm and may pressure companies to subscribe to paid services in order to manage or respond to reviews posted on pages they never requested.
Our objective is to document these practices, gather testimonies, and encourage a transparent public debate about the impact of unsolicited reputation pages on businesses
